With each blog post, I incorporate relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings, ensure a minimum of 2,000 words in order to meet SEO goals for long-form content, and maintain your unique brand voice and style so that your content aligns with your business and works to create a cohesive and recognizable identity.

I’ll schedule a consultation call to learn about your business, goals, and vision for the website.

Content Planning

I’ll provide a Content Planner Workbook to help you develop your website content, defining your brand voice, messaging, and key information for each page of your new site.

You’ll share any existing copy, photos you want to use, logo ideas, and color preferences to help me understand your style and vision. We'll refine your ideas and develop a clear strategy for your website.

3.

Design

Development

I’ll gather inspiration from various sources to create mood and brand boards exploring visual themes that align with your vision. I’ll also design graphics, icons, and other visual elements to complement your website's theme.

I’ll then build your website on a trial subscription of Squarespace, incorporating your content, visual elements, and design choices, ensuring it’s responsive and adapts seamlessly to all devices.

4.

Website Launch

Support

Once the website design is finalized, I’ll transfer ownership to you, giving you full control over your online presence.

I’ll provide a week of post-launch support, helping you understand the platform, make edits, and confidently manage your website.

REQUIREMENTS

GETTING STARTED

Here are a few things you'll need to consider and prepare for
to ensure a smooth design process.

  • A 50% upfront payment is required to secure your design date.

    Please note that half of this initial payment is non-refundable. If your design date is rescheduled, you have the option of declining to proceed and in that case I will refund you half of the initial payment and the project will stop.

  • Fully complete the provided Content Planner Workbook before your scheduled design date.

    Please note that if your Content Planner Workbook is not completed, your design date will be rescheduled.

  • In order for you to receive my best work and all of the products that come with my Comprehensive Website package, I require clients to choose their font pairings from my Guide to Font Pairings document.

  • Upload any photos you would like me to use to our shared Dropbox folder (created after we settle the design date). Examples include:

    A clear portrait photo of you and any team members (if applicable).

    Photos of you involved in your business.

    Photos representing the services or products that you offer or plan to offer.

    Any other photos representing your business and the work that you do.

  • Share pre-existing copywriting to give me a sense of your brand's voice and style.

  • Share your color preferences to help me create a curated color palette selection that you are happy with.
